All products on this site are available in English Language only and all prices are in pounds sterling (credit card sales will be charged in your local currency by your credit card provider).
Damage, Delay and loss in Transit
Your letter should arrive in good condition. If however you experience any problems, then please get in touch via our contact form or by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number and details relating to your problem and we will contact you by return.
We accept payment by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). You can order safely on line via our secure, encrypted on-line payment service, operated by Stripe. You can also pay using PayPal if you prefer.
Refunds and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your letter, please contact us giving details and we will advise you of our refund/returns procedure.
All letters will be posted out via Royal Mail in the first week of December for orders received before December 1st. Orders received after December 1st will be sent out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery but we do guarantee that you will receive your letter before Christmas Day, so long as it is before Royal Mails last guaranteed posting date for Christmas. There is no extra charge for delivery, including World Wide destinations.
You must ensure that all spelling, grammar, names, addresses and any other information that you enter is correct before placing your order as we cannot be responsible for any mistakes.
